We will exchange, or refund any items that you are unsatisfied with within 30 days of the original shipping date. 

The product must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and hygienic protection liner still attached. Items returns in an unsalable condition may be rejected. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, you can contact us at LUCAJAMESSWIM@GMAIL.COM. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or sent back past 30 days from the original shipping date may not be accepted. 

A charge of $10 will be incurred for use of our prepaid label within Canada.
